Ok gents, just an up date. I've lost 15lb my shirts arfitti g tighter my tummy is toning up and I do cardio 2-3 times a week. I do sprints and stairs no long distances and I ride the bike. I took two weeks off the OT and my liver lv are perfect. Im about to start up again on it 1mg ed. For two weeks.
