Before I started dieting I just cleaned up my eating for a few weeks and originally weighed in at 15st 4.
Started dieting 6 weeks ago. 300g protein 250g carbs. Start weight 14st 10lbs.
2 weeks later introduced cardio 20 minutes first thing in morning on empty stomach and 20 minutes directly after training. After 2 weeks weight dropped to 14st 4lb
Then reduced carbs to 200g and continued cardio. After 2 weeks weight dropped to 14st.
The last 2 weeks I've dropped carbs again to 175g and cardio up to 30 minutes weight now down to 13st 8lb
That brings us right up to date so I'll keep on top of the journal and try an get some photos when I'm happy with them.
