shakes/smoothies
I'd like to know everybody's ideas for smoothies.
For a snack ive been doing the ON serious mass with one scoop(about 500cal) a banana, two cups of milk and and a hand full of raw almonds.
My other smoothie/shake is a quarter cup of each
grapes pineapple banana mango apple and orange mixed with a cup of random juice and some ice
I try to have one if these a day to satisfy my sugar/sweet cravings. But no matter what I have one more ON shake
