i normally start it on 40mcg and go up by 40mcg ED until i get to 160mcg , i do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off , after your 2 weeks off start again at the level you finished on , you dont need to build it back up.
If 160mcg is too much for you go down by 20mcg ED until you find a level your happy with.
I take all mine 1st thing in the morning , alot of people say its best to spread it out during the day but for me all in one upon rising is best !
Just have a play and see how you feel , you will soon find what works best for you.
