8 weeks out from stepping on stage
I'm currently sitting at 189lbs and around 6% BF give or take, I've cut down from 200lbs. The goal is to weigh in at 176 which is the absolute top of the middle weight division, after weigh in it be time to carb up and put some size back on for show time. Right now I am taking all Kalpa gear which has been amazing I must add. Dosage is as follows and will be changing in approx 3 weeks:
2 times per week
1.5cc Kalpa test enan
1.5cc Kalpa tren
Diet is still around 4500-5000 calories and roughly 500g of carbs a day because my body does not hold water.
