In most studies serum cholesterol and triglycerides of drug-free users remain unchanged. However, during anabolic steroid use total cholesterol does increase.

The effect of anabolic steroids on triglycerides isn't well known.
It's suggested that relatively low doses do not affect the serum triglyceride levels, but it is possible that higher doses may cause an increase.

To say which steroids affect cholesterol and Triglyceride the least would be difficult as everyone reacts differently to each compound.
