I placed an order with them last month. After other obligations pushed forward, I was not able to fulfill my order with them. Huge Tom emailed me and assured me that he'd not only put my order on hold but he offered me a discount on double the order. That came as a perfect birthday present for me. This is my 3rd order with them.
