Yes sir most people are not wiling to take the steps that are required to see gains. From the time you wake up until you to to sleep at night has an impact on results. Diet is the most imporntant aspect. I hate it when I hear "what if i had better genetics", "what if I had started earlier", "My job wont allow me to do that". The same old BS we always hear from people that won't make the sacrifice.
