I am a peanut butter fanatic so when I get a sweets craving I mix some PB2 in a Greek yogurt. Makes me think I get to eat an entire cup of peanut butter without the damage.
Pizza craving: low carb tortilla with chicken and veggies lightly brushed with jalapeno infused olive oil on the grill.
I used to try protein bars for sweets cravings but mostly they are just garbage so I'm staying away for the time being. A Snickers is still a Snickers even if it has 20 grams of protein.
My biggest hump is middle of the night cravings. I keep something zero calories to drink (Crystal Light, Mio, etc) on my nightstand so when I wake up and get the urge I force myself to drink that first. Usually does the trick.
