I also agree. I suspect a lot of people confuse not training properly and not resting sufficiently with not eating enough protein. It's easier to eat or drink more protein than correct those other issues.

Doesn't work though. If you take in enough protein for your needs, any more won't make any difference, except, if it puts you into the too many calories bracket, to make you fat.

ps I think I've mixed Eazy's last two posts together and completely muddled the up. Oh well, I'm off for an 80g protein shake now. It's been nearly an hour since my last one!
