Completely agree for the most part. I think most people way over compensate and spend too much money on things like 60 gram per serving protein shakes and try and eat every 2 hours. This applies to probably about 90% of people.
There are a much smaller subset of people who genetically will be able to handle more protein and grow at a faster rate, which is where the problem lies. Most will think they are the 10% rather than the 90%.
