Diet is fruit and vitamins with milk in morning.
Fruit or sandwiches for lunch if I eat.
Whey protein after work out
Large dinner of baked chicken Brest vegetables. And other proteins. Beans pork and beef. Pasta brown rice. Just try my best to eat clean.
