the yolks of the egg bro.. Is nothing but pure cholesterol and u already get high cholesterol when taking gear... My advice would be to stick with the egg white., and boil them.. When u fry something u take away some of the nutrients in the food.. You need to remember tht ur fueling ur body as a machine not for pleasure nomore..
