I'm glad CC responded to this. I couldn't believe it when I first read about reusing needles three times. Apart from the obvious health issues, they are so pathetically cheap to buy and go blunt after one use.

I hope anyone reading this will appreciate by now that reusing a needle is just foolish and puts your health at unnecessary risk, just to save a negligible amount of money.

I want to add to the OP (and anyone else) that any advice given is not done to belittle you, so please, if you want to ask for advice don't be put off by fear of receiving a roasting. The fact is, if anyone is making a mistake - dangerous or otherwise - it is because they are unaware of the correct - safe - way to do it. How will they ever know the right way if you don't research and research includes asking for advice on this forum.

ps Every bit of advice I've read from CC is always from a safety first point of view.
