depending on what morph u are.. if ur an endomorph .. RUN UR ASS OF ..LOL if ur a ectomorph, RUN LIKE HELL FROM IT,,, LOL andif u a mesomorph u pretty much can go either way with cardio.. lol... the number one killer in muscle lost is cardio !!!!!!! due to the release of cortisol into the bloodstream tht feeds off of muscle for energy.. or u could watch what u eat and clean up ur diet and tht will pretty much keep u within ok peramitiers as far as keeping the fat off...
