As far as the bulking part. You pretty much nailed it. Ill be eating clean and eating a lot.
Mainly lean red meat like deer and buffalo,slow carbs and a decent amount of fats. Seems to work for me.
For the cutter portion,ill be glad to post it up once its created. To my supprise he said ill still beeating a lot of red meat and get to keep my shakes which is a good thing.
I was also informed that ill hardly be doing any cardio and my weight won't drop alll that much eventhough ill be dieting to lose around 4-5%bf.
