as for me i love pilates all day long... ill use barbell moves for a certain period of time throughout the year.. and then switch to db,s for the other half of the year.. i get different feels and gains from each one.. im also a believer in machines but i only use them for platues purposes or just when im bored and need to change something up for the week or when i dont feel 100 % in the gym
