Hey guys whats up around!!!!
For me everything rolling great now!!!Just finishd and eastern vacations etc
and my scle weight is still on the point no problems at all i love primo many ppl think its weak but that devil keeping me on the point all the time...
In eastern days i cheated x 3 -4 times per week etc and i can say i consumed a lot of food for 10 days and i currently weighting bout 83-84kg +-
and i am looking very lean and hard also vsculariy is on the point too all the day round!!!
Now i have o drop some carb off this week especialy close to night etc
and my workout sets will be like 8-6-4-15/15 and 3 x 8 + 3 x Max double sets and from the next week once i see i drop the little water from vacation i will fix again my carbs intake...
Today i had my first workout after 5 days (vacations) and i can say i was fully rested with incredable pumps!!!
I loved them hah!!!!
