options i've come up with are:
1)man the fuck up and push them leg workouts out
2)do cardio mon/tue/weds and then rest so by friday should be ok
3)drop the cardio and make up by dropping cals
4)deal with the loss for few weeks as start tren and they may help also have some tbol can run at end just to bring back some size
anybody have any thoughts
