I have been working out really hard lately. In the past i would be very sore for the next few days. But i started to not get sore anymore, and this bugs me. So i switched my routine up, doing different excersises, to maybe shockem. But no luck there, so this makes me start thinking im not doing a good enough job. So my question is how many days rest should i take between workouts if im not sore?

I dont want to hit them up to soon and end up hurting myself.
