napping
Who here naps on a regular basis? I often have a nap during the day as I find that I need less total sleep than getting all my sleep in one solid block and I feel a bit more refreshed as long as I'm strict and don't nap for too long.
Expect that it could be quite beneficial from a bodybuilding perspective too.
Appreciate it's not practical for most people but does anyone else find napping beneficial
