A dip, chin up and leg raise station along with a heavy bag. When I'm doing my cardio 2 a day's I ride my bike for an hour or so then do a round robin type workout with a jump rope, pull ups, dips etc. Also have a pair of 40's for general purpose like push up rows, curls when watching t.v., etc. I will say though they stay covered in dust probably 8 months out of the year.
