Hey guys today i had back+shoulders workout and i kept high reps with good intense so get a better workout ..as i see by the weekend i will be ready recoverd guyz for sure and i didnt lost yet even 1kg i am stable always and i am damn more than happy!!!!
I plan to stay off tomorow again and workout biceps/triceps/abs in saturday with same style and into sunday i will post my new 6w workout program that i will follow !!!
