The best thing about my gym is Power rack,the worst is location of a bathroom right by the fitness area where girls do their yougas or classes,so with two scoops of "animal rage" after work by the time i get there,its a a given blowout.Favorite exercise is dead lifts cause i feel like its my strong point and i feel like it works lots of muscle groups in my body,least favorite exercise is leg raises,i usually do them at the end of my workouts to stabilize blood flow thru out my body.My favorite meal is Steak with garlic mashed potatoes
