Hello brothers just back from chest / biceps workout....Today i felt little better and i went to workout but my only problem is still my stomach is full of acid fluids and i cant et alot..also doctor gaved me some tabs to chew with meals to control acid...
I can say i eat low right now but i have strengh to workout just little more tired easyer but its logical at all if i see that i eat 3 meals smalls / day and the carbs isnt even the half...
BTW my coach saw me today told me that the cycle has kick it keeps me good even in that state i didnt lost my pumps too much to be noticable...and we count about 3 days max to be full back recovered

Tomorow i will workout my legs and i will try to kill them Tom
