Cycle critique please
This is going to be my first cycle, not sure if I'm doing it right. I've been researching this for a while so hopefully I'm not too far off.
About me:
45, 12~15% body fat, 160 lbs.
Training for 7~8 years, predominantly power lifting, 4 day split
Diet in check
Average 8hs of sleep a night, sometimes a little more
Thinking of a 12 week cycle something like this:
Week 1-12 Test Prop 150mg EOD
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED, 10mg 3x Day
Week 9-12 HCG 500iu 2x Week
PCT
(wait 3 days after last Test Prop pin to start)
Day 1-7 Clomid 100mg ED and Nolva 40mg ED
Day 8-28 Clomid 50mg ED and Nolva 20mg ED
Will also have Adex, Letro, Liquidex, or Aromasin on hand if needed.
Will be taking Himalaya Liv. 52 for liver support, and was also considering 600mg N-Acetyl Cysteine at bedtime as well.
Questions:
Which is the better choice between Adex, Letro, Liquidex, or Aromasin?
Is 4 weeks for PCT enough or should I extend it to 6 weeks?
If extending PCT is recommended do I just add on 2 more weeks of 50/20 ED?
Is the N-Acetyl Cysteine overkill and or useless?
Disclaimers:
I understand that Test Prop is fast acting, and as such, doesn't need a kickstart. However, the reason for the Dbol is not to kickstart, I'd like to run it just to add some size and strength. My goal is to get to 175~180 on cycle and then maintain at least 60% of that. This would put me at 172 with room to grow in the 181 weight class.
I also understand that for a first cycle a lot of people recommend a longer acting ester so you don't have to pin as much. Frequent pin's won't bother me though so I consider that a non-issue.
Any advise/critique/help welcome.
