I would do it this way:
1. Cardio in the morning for 20-30 minutes on empty stomach, 3 times per week;

2. Exclude bread and potatoes, eat rice, meat, fruits and vegetables.
3. Protein Shake immediately after training routine
4. Test P, Winny and Primo Stack
Weeks 1-12 Test P @100mg EOD
Weeks 7-12 Winny 50mg ED/EOD
Weeks 7-12 Primo 600mg/week split into 3 injections @200mg each
