Same, I save Mondays for something I may have slacked on during the previous week. I hit arms today and it was still a struggle. I actually left one gym and went to another because there was literally no floor space and couldn't even figure out where I could start. And this wasn't at the 5-6 p.m. busy time, it was 9 a.m. Basically I pick something that's easy for me to work around other people like shoulders, arms, calves, abs etc.
