Mine I guess would be more Paleo, but really that's just fancy talk for meats, fruits and vegetables. I try to keep it as raw as possible but I don't count carbs or anything. If you are hitting it hard eating things like pineapple, oranges etc won't hurt you. The value of the food far outweighs the sugar. But then I don't compete so I don't really need to.
