Trying to gain back the strength I lost from my injury last winter. About 80% there. Sitting around 20% BF at 250, looking to hit about 220 if all goes well. Got down to 227 last year so I know I can do it but damn I hate feeling like I'm constantly starving. And no alcohol during the end of football season is killing me but I can't lose an ounce unless I cut it out.
My goal is to see 6 abs this year. I saw 4 last year, 6 should be attainable in about 4 more months.
