Hello all Barman here taught it might be fun to see what everyone is doing
so I taught of this idea whats your goals and what are you doing to get them?
don't think anyone has done this one here before so could be a bit of fun
and get some insight on what everyone is doing. Il go first
My goals are pretty simple really want to add one a lot more size and I mean a lot more training twice a day 5 days a week 2-3 hours a day (its what works best for me I love tons of volume) also just started taking 1 gram of test most test ive taken ever so should be fun to see the results sitting around 205-206 I think maybe a bit more or a bit less at 5"6 and a half so im a descent size already.
