I will be running Kalpa test E @ roughly 500 mgs a week and increase to 1000 mgs over time. I told Mr. Tom I would log for him and that's what I plan on doing. I would have started a long time ago but with my new job and girlfriend things have been hectic to say the least.
Anyways I have been on for roughly 10 days and all is well. People use to complain about Kalpas pip and KP has now fixed that issue and thats for sure! No pip at all for me.
My goals are just to roughly add as much mass as possible and hopefully be ready to compete again for my next show after this cycle. I have a few body parts I feel lag so I really need to bring them up before I feel confident on stage again.
