I have been off the dbol for 4 weeks now, I got some hgh and have been doing 3iu a day. I dropped it to 2iu today as the joint pain was driving me crazy and messing with my lifts.
I think my gains were good but would welcome some opinions. An example of my lift gains would be going from 3x12@135 on bench to 3x12@275
I started the cycle @ 200 on the scale and 24% BF on the handheld.
I am now at 232 on the scale and 17% BF on the handheld.
First 4 weeks my diet was dirty as hell, eating everything I swore to never eat again. Second 4 weeks was much cleaner and thats when the leaning really started. i have 4 days left of that 4 weeks then I will move on to 100% macro driven diet.
My plan is to run with the maintenance diet for 4 weeks and see if I can get my BF % down to the low teens.
Once I get to the last 4 weeks I want to add some winny to finish out the cycle.
Excuse me if this make no sense as I am writing this very tired. But my two questions are, should I bulk more or taper back down to my weight loss diet.
