435 2nd attempt. Fail. I went here because well 385 came up so easy. Probably should have gone 385, 405, 435. But, I am fine with 385. Last meet I got 365 so overall improvement. What matters is what you lift in competition, not in the gym. IMPROVING

415 opener bench, super easy as an opener should be. Also for Raw classic modern their #1 bench was 405. So I should have gotten their record here. Not sure what is going on with their records page... I will be emailing them today.

445 3rd attempt. This lift ruined my day. I had the lift (at least I think I did, you be the judge). If you watch the video a few times and watch closely you can see the judge who calls the start command was talking to the asshole behind him. I am psyched out my mind, I hear voices, I lifted. Didn't wait for the start command so they called the lift... I was furious

405 opener deadlift. On my 2nd bench attempt I 'twirked' my back just a tad. I was warming up deadlifts sumo style (I am a sumo deadlifter) and I just didn't have it. Made a last minute decision to switch to conventional.
