Keep taking the test to keep your levels up and take that week off. After working out for 15 weeks, a week off will do you nothing but good. You should come back stronger and more focused.

In fact, if you feel your shoulder has improved but isn't quite there yet, I'd consider another week off. If you've got a chronic injury, just pushing through the pain won't help much.

Over the years I've had plenty of similar injuries and always did what it took to recover. I never regretted doing so.
