2 Hours Monday - Chest+Forearms
2 Hours Tuesday - Quads+Triceps
1 Hour Wednesday - Calves+Abs
2 Hours Thursday - Shoulders+Biceps
2 Hours Friday - Back+Hams
Sat+Sun Rest
My estimated BF% is 15% but I have lost about 8lbs since I measured
I plan to take the DBol for the first half of the cycle then the winny for the second half.
Right now diet is about 2000 calories
Protein - ~270g
Fat - ~50g
Carbs - ~100g
The composition of that depends on the day, chicken and rice got old so I mix it up here and there. Cheat maybe once a month, even then its a little cheat. Mostly chicken, tilapia, brown rice, greens, and the occasional red meat.
I plan to increase this when I start the cycle the first week of Dec, I am trying to drop a bit more BF before I start.
