Starting my first cycle in a few weeks. Waiting on the Sust back order to come in.
Here is my plan, please tell me if this is ok.
1-5 DBol 50mg a day
1-12 T400 400mg M&Th
3-12 HCG 250mg Tu&F
6-12 Oral Winny 50mg
PCT
Clomid & Nolva
I hit the gym for 2 hours+ a day and work my each muscle group till they just dont work anymore.
For example, I did squats + leg extensions yesterday AM and leg presses + more extensions yesterday PM. I had to have help getting on the toilet my legs were so weak today. I assume that is sufficient training.
Background Info:
I turned 30 in June and I was in the 260's, I am 5'9"
Today my dry weight was 196
My target is 225 @ the lowest bodyfat % I can get by May.
