Diet - Nothing Special, watched what i ate but also, enjoyed more then you should some days.
First cycle Info
Taken in the Morning. 40minutes before eating.
Starte at 50mcg, and reved up to 75mcg daily.
I lost about half a lb a day. 3lbs or more a week. 6weeks i lost over 20lbs.
I was 285lbs. After the cycle 265lbs.
Thyroid Recoverd fast, i went to the doctors and had thyroid tested and test were in the normal range.
Had no Rebound this cycle. But Gained water weight. I will say no muscle loss noticable..
