not grat fan of machines but do preffer rear delt machine to bent over with dumbells
triceps
cable rope pulldown warmup1 12reps warmup2 12reps working 5reps
laying extension warmup2 12reps working 6reps
dumbell overhead extension warmup2 8reps working 6reps
really failed on doing 12 for warmup but went straight into it needed few more seconds rest but hey allways learning
job done
cycle all ok nothing to report to early for anything yet
