when do you pin yours
say with something like test e
not a fast acting does it really matter when you pin it
i like sunday and weds due to that i train mon day tues day and boxing tue night and then thrs day and boxing at night then legs friday
i think its more in my mind but i feel better for pinnin night before my next 2 days training
but with something like test e does it really matter cos if its in system then its in
whats your thoughts ??
and do you have preffered days ???
and also does it make differenc when useing shorter easters
