Hi mate, thanks for that. Not really sure about next cycle. I think I'll see what happens over the next few months and then decide. I'm not really into getting too big as such, so maybe carrying on leaning out and keep what I've got. I have to be a bit more aware of injuries at my stage, so not really into pushing it too much.
I just like weight training. Always have done. I do it for the fitness as much as the strength and size . . .
But, having said that, who knows! Getting bigger does get a bit addictive!
