Too many raw eggs can give you a bad stomach and possible food poisoning, is it worth it for a few minutes cooking ... ?
I used to throw one in the blender with my whey drink for the extra aminos and protein, but I stopped doing it.

Now I just make my shake with 1% milk instead of water. Each one oz of milk = 1 gram of protein. Good way to stretch the Whey a bit.
