Didn't have much time this morning so i tried out the Dorian routine!
Shoulders and Tri's
Smith shoulder press: 2 x warm ups, 1 x 6 @ 80kg
Seated Lat raises: 1 x warm up, 1 x 8 @ 20kg each Dbell
One arm cable laterals: 1 x warm up, 1 x 8 @ 20kg
Dumbell Shrugs: 1 x warm up, 1 x 9 @ 45kg each Dbell
Pushdowns: 2 x warm up, 1 x 12 @ 90kg
Dumbell Extensions: 1 x warm up, 1 x 10 @ 25kg.
Was surprised at how much this takes out of you!
It was a great workout!
