I had an accident with my elbow, was out of the game for a while, so iv only just got back into things, been training really hard for only the past year, Keep in mind im also going to be hitting the cardio harder, I don't have a BIG gut, but you can tell that I still enjoy a beer. As far as stats. nothing special, dumbbell curl 45 bench is 230ish, Iv only squatted and deadlifted a few times in the past year, however dead lift is around 300 and squat around 400. all are significantly lower since I broke my elbow, im trying to get back up to par. then pass out where I was before
