Im at the gym almost everyday. I do rotate muscle groups and do cardio, but most of my focus has been on chest and arms, and id like to switch that up to squats deadlifts bench and Olympic style lifts once I start my cycle
99% of my diet is fruit salad and lean meats (turkey fish chicken ect) and egg whites. I try to stay away from carbs. except the fruit, but I do cheat on the diet with beer every now and then
