Hi DD, I'd love to be able to help, but I'm afraid my advice would be to stick with what you are already doing and not look to add anything more - not yet anyway. It's a long hard slog and the one thing you can't order from GBN is time served in the gym!
I've already said that I think what you are doing is fantastic and I'm going to add that I find it an inspiration as well. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will all fall into place! You'll get stronger, fitter and leaner and that will help you get even stronger, leaner and fitter.
