YEah my diet is good, and I train 4-6 times per week.
For cardio i run about 10 miles per week total... Anything more than this and i feel like i have to stuff my face with more food than i can afford lmao
I'm just started week 5 and am starting to see small gains here and there, nothing outrageous but than again its just test and masteron... id like to run oral tren for 4 weeks, than finish with var for 4 more weeks (total of 15 week cycle) although i dont think 8 week total of orals is any good for me
