I can say this.......
If you are going to do a grapefruit diet you should have a handful of dbol so you don't waste away.
Huge Tom could steer you in the right direction but if you are going that caloric restrictive I would go a minimum of 15-20 mg a day.
With that amount of grapefruit even a pill at 6 am, noon, and 6 pm would be a good muscle sparing regimen if you were doing sprints or jumping rope.
