I'm doing test E only for my first cycle. Shouldn't be at this stage, but I'm still undecided whether to go for 400ml per week for 10/12 weeks or do a longer cycle of 250ml. I am 52! Not 32!
I started doing your suggestion of 3 warm ups and 3 working sets about a month ago, having worked out percentages etc and transferred that to whatever exercise I was doing and found it to be absolutely spot on. Every last rep of every set was just about all I could manage!
So, as a thank you, I'll let you decide which of the above two options to go for!
