Need info/feedback
I'm getting ready to run a 4week cycle of Var @ 10mg a day. I'm just looking for feedback on Var in general I.e. how soon will I notice the Var? What will I notice first? I want to keep a log and keep everyone updated on my progress but I don't know what all to expect.
I'm also looking for diet input what's a good calorie rang while on Var?
I'll also take any workout advice that anyone wants to give.
